Fertility doula support is for you if you find yourself in any of the following scenarios:

  • Trying to conceive

  • Face-to-face with fertility complications (i.e. endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, etc.)

  • Want to take charge of your fertility, but don’t know where to start

  • Looking for a more holistic approach to fertility

  • In need of a sounding board to help sort out your feelings and fertility options 

  • Looking for emotional support and encouragement while trying to conceive through IVF or after a loss/miscarriage

  • Are overwhelmed with choices and need assistance researching your fertility options

Reviewing you're fertility history, and discussing your goals to assess where we can adjust to optimize fertility.

Fertility Doula Services Include

  • Examining any limiting beliefs that may be a hindrance in your fertility journey. We will work together to create a balance statement to help you change your mindset.

  • Reviewing yours and your partner’s diet and your lifestyle, assessing where adjustments can be made to optimize fertility for both of you.

  • Unlimited text & email support

  • Planning the journey: Assist in identifying and writing out your goals as well as desired outcomes. Together we can create your unique plan to fulfilling your fertility journey.

  • Judgement free support

4 Week Session: $400 USD

8 Week Session: $600 USD

12 Week Session: $800 USD

Fertility Doula Coaching & Support Package

  1. Initial consultation and assessment to better understand your current situation and personal goals (Appx. 90 Mins)

  2. Biweekly video chats on progress (Appx. 60 mins).

  3. “What’s next on our journey?” a session to debrief, review options and make decisions.

  4. Unlimited email and text support during contracted time.

Your journey is about you. We will give you space to make your own decisions & encourage you every step of the way, in any capacity we can!

Though we currently serve NJ/NY, this is a virtual doula service & you DO NOT have to reside in NJ or NY or the surrounding areas to take advantage of it.
