Our goal is to bring calm, comfort and expertise to a time of new challenges.
Postpartum doulas can provide additional support as you make this new transition in your life with your new little family while you recover from your birth.
Your time spent with your postpartum doula may include:
Education on typical newborn behavior and development
Breastfeeding assistance and support for all infant feeding choices
Creating age appropriate routines and healthy sleep and eating habits
Local resources and referrals
Setting up & organizing nurseries
Light cooking, housework, and errands
Hands-on infant care and/or assistance.

*Listed package prices reflect daytime hours. Postpartum services provided after 6pm are assessed at $35/hr so total hours may differ. All packages can be modified and extended. Deposit due at contract signing.
